The job
Parcel delivery on a fixed route.
You take over a loaded vehicle in the morning and drive a fixed route in the region. A route covers around 200 kilometres a day.
The work is physical and demands care: handing over consignments correctly, documenting them cleanly, following the process.
A valid category B driving licence is required. German language skills are an advantage, but not a condition.
What we offer
- Directly employed
- Our 30 drivers are employed directly by NOVATIS, not contracted as subcontractors.
- Modern vehicles
- Predominantly Sprinter and Boxer from 2025 and 2026 — all owned by the company.
- Fixed routes
- Regional routes in a set area between Regensburg and Landshut, around 200 kilometres a day. No long distance.
- An operation that runs
- 26 routes run every day. You are not joining a concept, you are joining an operation that already works.
