NOVATIS is a young company with an experienced operation. The GmbH was founded in March 2026 to take over a delivery business that was already running.

An operation already running.
Most new companies start with an idea. NOVATIS started with a working operation — not a logistics concept on paper, but routes that had to be driven every day.
The company is young; the operational experience is not. What we are building is not a delivery organisation from scratch, but the structure an existing operation needs in order to grow.
The site is in Feucht near Nuremberg. Routes run across the region between Regensburg and Landshut.
How we work
Reliability
Routes have to run every day — not mostly, but completely. Staffing and vehicle deployment are planned around that.
Quality
Delivery quality is made in the execution: careful handovers, clean documentation, processes you can follow. That is what a delivery operation is judged on.
Responsibility
Our 30 drivers are employed directly by NOVATIS. The vehicles belong to the company and are serviced regularly.

Today’s operation is the foundation, not the goal. Scheduling, vehicle procurement and staffing are set up so that additional routes and further clients can be taken on.
We grow where we can hold the quality. For now that means the region we already drive.
